2012 Boys Summer Season
AZ Fear is excited to be offering a summer season for all boys.
All athletes need to register through USAV, please open attachment and follow the directions.
A parent must be present at tryouts/meeting, teams will be forming throughout tryouts and parent meetings will be taking place.

WHEN – Saturday April 28th, 5PM – 7:30PM
WHO – All boys 13 – 18

Registration Receipt from the AZ Region
Medical Release Form - if you did not play in the fall season
Player Information Form – if you did not play in the fall season
Copy of the players birth Certificate – if you did not play in the fall season
